Rates are based on 2 person occupancy.
Adult Dogs are welcome - No cats. $7.00 per day non-refundable pet fee required.
 No smoking on premises!

 

$75.00 - per night - (3 night minimum)  + 10% Tax + $40 cleaning fee.
$350.00 - per week + 10% Tax + $40 cleaning fee.
$250.00 - Holiday Weekends (3 night minimum)  + 10% Tax + $40 cleaning fee.

Monthly rates available upon request.

 

$150.00 security deposit due at time of booking. Deposit is fully refundable two weeks from date of your departure.  Final payment is due two weeks prior to your arrival. A thirty day  written cancellation notice is required for ALL cancellations.

 

Rates are subject to change without notice. 
Directions & confirmation will be sent upon receiving deposit.
Check-In time is 3:00 p.m. and Check-Out time is 11:00 a.m.
